Welcome to Le Palmier (The Palm), the remodeled home is perfect for a girls or even a family trip to San Diego! We hope to provide a location for friends and family to come together and remember "what matters most is who you're with!" This house is centrally located to all major attractions, SeaWorld, La Jolla, and downtown. We are also partnered with local Bachelorette party planning companies to help organize your stay.
Good to know
Located 15-20 mins from nearly all major attractions that San Diego has to offer! Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a dead end cul de sac with plenty of on-street parking. The interior: • As a guest of our 1700 sq. ft. property, you have multiple areas to hang out with your friends and family! You can start by chilling on a luxurious sectional sofa and watch the newest shows on Netflix or Hulu on our 75" Smart TV. • Once you're ready to get the night started, head over to the dedicated make-up bar to get ready with individual vanity mirrors. • Sip on a glass of wine while playing foosball or corn hole while others can sit back and take some IG/TikTok worthy pictures and videos throughout the house. • After your night out in downtown (only a 20 minute Uber ride away), come home and get a good night's rest on our luxurious mattresses. • The house is centrally located to: - 7 mins to SDSU - 15 min to Balboa Park - 20 mins to downtown - 20 mins to mission beach - 25 mins to La Jolla The exterior: • Play some outdoor corn hole or chill on the sectional while sipping on a glass of wine after a long day of bachelorette adventures! • Craft some pool side cocktails right by the patio and relax on new lounge chairs as you watch your friends chill by pool while taking group photos to cherish your memories in front of our custom designed 'What matters most is who you're with!" mural! • Gather around our intimate dining area and enjoy a meal together. BBQ grill is provided if your up to grilling. - NOTE - The garage used for storage by our cleaners and is off-limits to guests. Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $500 fine. Pool: The pool does not have a perimeter fence, so please keep a close eye on any children (or adults) who do not know how to swim. The bedroom layout is as follows: Master Bedroom: 2 Full-on-Full bunk beds (total 4 full mattresses) with en suite full bathroom 2nd Bedroom: 1 King sized mattress 3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen sized mattress 4th Bedroom: 1 Queen sized mattress Dining area/beauty bar: Dining table which fits 10 people and adjacent beauty bar Living room: 75 inch smart TV, Insta wall with neon lights of “She said yes! We said San Diego!,” and bachelorette party games.
Other Details to Note
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8AM, which will be strictly enforced. No loud music, no loud conversations, pool activities, or parties outdoors after 10pm will be tolerated. This is not a party house or a party neighborhood. - We also ask that any music played during the day be family-friendly since there are young children in the surrounding homes who shouldn't be exposed to explicit content. - If these noise guidelines aren't followed, we'll unfortunately need to charge a $500 penalty fee, report the violation to Airbnb, potentially contact local law enforcement, and ask you to vacate the premises. - Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 10. Children over the age of 1 year old (i.e., toddlers, kids, teenagers) will be counted towards the total number of guests of 10. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in loss of the security deposit. - This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will lose the security deposit and will be charged additional cleaning fee and any additional damages. - The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. You are not allowed to use pool f you have consumed alcohol. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from either of these amenities. Guests are to use their best judgment when using the amenities. - The property is not child proof and the hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries incurred during the stay. - No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $200 dollars. PETS: - No more than 2 pets are allowed. Additional cleaning fee of $75 per pet is charged. This is a non-refundable fee and a separate fee from the cleaning fee. Undisclosed or additional pets on the property will be charged $100. Failure to pay the pet cleaning fee in full via Airbnb by 2-days prior to check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation. - $500 security deposit is required. This is a refundable fee. - Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in loss of security deposit. OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS Please note, outdoor quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 9:00AM. Thanks in advance for following these important house rules and respecting our neighbors. We live in a very family friendly neighborhood with elderly residents and children who we respect very much. SECURITY AND SMART HOME DEVICES We use smart home technology throughout the home to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance to the neighbors. Security Camera devices include three Ring security cameras that monitors all the outdoor entrances to the property (i.e., front door, garage entrance and pool entrance) for our guests' safety. The security cameras are not constantly recording and will only record once there is excessive motion. The indoor temperature can be controlled via a Nest Thermostat. We do not set the temperature prior to your arrival. Please adjust the temperature to your liking. Failure to comply will result in eviction from the property cancellation of the reservation with NO REFUNDS. -No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
